Introducing the NEW range of heated blower adsorption dryers designed to meet the needs of applications requiring negative PDP, while consuming no purge air and optimizing total cost of ownership. Our new HZP compressed air dryers deliver a pressure dew point as low as -40 °C and can handle flows from 500 m3/h up to 14,900 m3/h. By combining the proven benefits of adsorption drying with modern design and our unique design solutions, Hankison offers an extremely compact and reliable system for efficient drying and purification of compressed air.
Our new dryers are equipped with our unique Energy Management System (EMS), which maximizes energy efficiency while maintaining a constant dew point. By using a humidity sensor to continuously monitor the dew point, EMS minimizes the amount of compressed air used in regeneration and optimizes heating and blower operation to consume only as much energy as is needed to ensure the required operating characteristics.
We have also equipped our new HZP dryers with additional energy-saving functions, such as:
- Solid-state soft starters that limit the inrush current to ensure a smooth start and longer blower motor life
- Design features such as valve selection, tower size and filter design are intended to ensure a low pressure drop
- The heater and fan are controlled by the outlet regeneration temperature and switch off to save electricity as soon as the desiccant has been fully regenerated
- The precise heating control guaranteed by solid state relays ensures shorter heating times and a longer service life for the heating system
