HHM's new modular adsorption compressed air dryers feature several design solutions that improve their performance and translate into real benefits for you and your customers:
Microprocessor (HHM 5 - 25)
- Easy to use - Intuitive user interface, simple navigation

New digital control system - warning messages for preventive maintenance

- Maintenance warnings for:
o Filter element change

Compressor interlock function
- Reduce the duration of the flushing cycle based on the compressed air requirement
- The controller monitors the charge/discharge cycle rate of the air compressor to effectively reduce the purge time (if more than one compressor is connected to HHM, the on/off relay of the compressor with the lowest pressure setpoint must be used).
EMS option (energy management system)
With this option, the appliance is equipped with a high-precision dew point sensor that is connected to the digital controller. EMS adjusts the operation of the dryer according to the dew point temperature of the outlet air measured by the sensor (EMS takes over the unloading blocking function of the compressor). The return of investment of EMS can be less than one year, reducing the total cost of ownership.
